These are the ‘biggest losers’ today after a new price data revealed that they are now trading that their lowest level in a year.
While Ethereum (ETH), which is the world’s second largest cryptocurrency by its market capitalization, fell to the lowest price since 2017 and is currently trading at $226, dropping more than 16% in one day.
The cryptocurrency initially dropped to $211 which marked its lowest price this year – for the first time since July 30th, 2017 – and a decline of over 20% in only 24 hours.
Cardano (ADA), on the other hand, dropped to levels that were not seen since last year, according to the price data that can be found on CoinMarketCap. At press time, Ether and ADA are one of the biggest losers in the top 10 cryptocurrencies by market cap.
Ether has specifically dropped by more than 20% and erased most of the gains seen during the last year bull run – down 84.

2% from its all-time high of $1,357. According to data, Ethereum was trading at $337 exactly one year ago which makes many analysts believe that there is still space for a rebound.
Cardano (ADA) has also dropped 19% over the past 24 hours and was last seen trading at $0.085. The total market cap of all cryptocurrencies is down by $36 billion from its yesterday top of $238 billion and is sitting just above the $202 billion margin.
