Gordon Ramsey’s Hell’s Kitchen will appear in the metaverse, and it is all due to a collaboration with The Sandbox. The metaverse version will go live in the virtual ecosystem, complete with Gordon Ramsay’s avatar.
Gordon Ramsey’s Hell’s Kitchen Will Appear In The Metaverse
After collaborating with the metaverse platform, The Sandbox, the highly acclaimed reality cooking program will travel into the virtual world. As a restaurateur, Ramsay would also contribute to the design of Hell’s Kitchen’s virtual environment.
As a result, The Sandbox’s ITV Studios will host the new metaverse experience. The virtual platform built on polygons also contributes to the green endeavor aimed at making the metaverse environment carbon neutral.
According to Sandbox, the virtual Hell’s Kitchen will include themed elements, including a limited-edition Gordon Ramsay avatar. Users can, however, use the chef’s avatar to create their own unique experiences to the environment.
Gordon Ramsay hosts the American reality culinary show Hell’s Kitchen. The show aired on Fox in 2005 and has subsequently received Primetime Emmy nominations.
The major protagonists of the program are two chefs who compete for the role of head chef in a restaurant each season. Interestingly, this is The Sandbox’s first cooking-themed metaverse show.
Ramsay expressed his joy at the new construction and stated that he is honored to be a part of The Sandbox’s history. This, he believes, is the greatest platform for hosting the Hell’s Kitchen virtual experience and brand.
Metaverse Expands
The metaverse is home to all industries, from automotive to fashion to e-commerce. As firms seek to develop a digital version of their company, the virtual ecosystem is fast increasing.
Enterprises aim to link in the metaverse in order to stay current with user preferences. Customers want to be able to interact with their favorite items virtually. Users interact with the digital space using virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) devices to enjoy an immersive metaverse experience.
Furthermore, according to Fortune Business Insights, the demand for metaverse experiences is increasing by the day (FBI). According to the business analytics group, the metaverse industry will be worth $1.5 trillion by 2029.
According to FBI research, the metaverse market experience is also caused by the increase in e-commerce, online gaming, and the expanding usage of blockchain technology.
After renaming itself Meta last year, Facebook has become the poster child for the metaverse’s possibilities. Last year, the social media behemoth invested $50 million in the development of the metaverse, which is projected to be completed in 10 to fifteen years.
