Cryptokitties will be a part of a NFT marketplace thanks to the biggest exchange in Japan, Coincheck as we read further in our latest crypto news.
Coincheck, the biggest crypto exchange in Japan, will expand its push into non-fungible tokens or NFTs with a new partnership with the developers of CryptoKitties, the popular blockchain game. According to an announcement, Coincheck partnered with Dappr Labs which created the world’s most popular decentralized application on the Ethereum blockchain. Coincheck said that the new partnership will bring NFTs to a mainstream audience in Japan by providing exposure to millions of users. Coincheck plans to integrate CryptoKitties into its upcoming NFT marketplace by also planning to implement the Dapper Labs founded Flow blockchain which is supposed to be launched by the end of 2020.
According to the announcement, Coincheck’s upcoming NFT will list only the most reputable NFTs starting with CryptoKitties. CryptoKitties will be launched on the new Flow blockchain and as the Dapper Labs, CBO Mik Nayeem said, the company will work with the exchange to also introduce other apps like crypto art.
Coincheck announced more plans to set up its own NFT marketplace and the upcoming one will be backed by a plugin from the EnjinCraft blockchain startup that will make it playable in select Minecraft servers. In August this year, the Japanese crypto exchange announced plans to conduct an initial exchange offering on the ETH platform Palette. This platform supports NFT tokens for purchases related to Japanese sports, music, and manga comics.

When discussing the Japanese crypto exchange, we reported that it partnered with Hashpalette and launched an initial exchange offering platform for raising funds over its utility tokens. According to the announcement from the exchange, they will be partnering with the Japanese company Hashpalette to implement an initial exchange offering that will sell the Palette Tokens on the Ethereum-based blockchain platform Palette. The exchange plans to coordinate the IEO with the Japan Virtual and Crypt Assets Exchange Association by the end of the year. The company said it was also in discussions with multiple companies in regards to the IEO:
