Prominent Analyst Warns Cryptocurrencies Will Go Bankrupt

Blockchain in browsers is a relatively new concept that is a major topic of investigation in our latest cryptocurrency news. It can even be compared with the creation of the Internet and its development over the years. But what are the actual novelties in this process?

Well, most of the corporations nowadays are working on integrating blockchain into their processes – even as a trial. There are many reasons behind this trend, with globalization and the amount of information (and data transfers) as the main ones.

The personal information is becoming valuable and therefore, monetized. Most people can recall series of scandals with big companies like Facebook and Google. This is the actual problem that blockchain in browsers may solve – as the next-level technology and the idea linked to the “Web 3.0” concept.

There are also examples of blockchain in browsers, too. Recently, the Opera browser officially launched its blockchain browser called Opera Touch, for gadgets in the Apple ecosystem. Then, a representative of the Opera browser named Julia Szynzielorz said:

“We believe that the Web of today will be the interface to the decentralized web of tomorrow (Web 3.0). With built-in crypto wallet, the browser has the potential to renew and extend its important role as a tool to access information, make transactions online and manage users’ online identities in a way that gives them more control. That’s why integrated blockchain technologies across our browsers — on Android, iOS (Opera Touch) and in the PC browser which accesses the crypto wallet in one of the mobile browsers.”

She also added that blockhain in browsers can be used not only for saving digital assets – but also for helping users to ease their searches on the web.

“Already now, we also have a dapp explorer and Web 3 integration, which means that, using Opera you can browse web 3.0 and use dApps seamlessly, by typing in or searching for their web address, and simply accessing them via the browser,” Szynzielorz said.

The Brave browser is another example of blockchain in browsers – and a browser which operates with cryptocurrency (BAT) given as a reward. Constantly growing, both Opera and Brave are the pioneers in the technology called blockchain in browsers.
