Craig Wright’s Ex-Wife Testified: Not A Part-Owner Of W&K

Craig Wright’s ex-wife Lynn Wright, testified before the court claiming she was not a part-owner of W&K Info Defense Research firm that belonged to Craig Wright as we are reading more in the upcoming crypto news.

The lawyers for the Dave Kleiman estate claimed that Craig Wright’s ex-wife and Wright himself attempted to defraud the courts by lying about Ms. Wright’s role in the former company W&K. Wright’s counsel built a part of a legal argument on the claim that his former wife was a part-owner of his company and that her involvement denied him the chance of a fair trial.

However, Lynn filed a separate petition in Florida where she claimed that she was not a part-owner of the W&K company at the time of the court filing back in 2018. This directly contradicts Wright’s sworn testimony where he claimed that his wife was involved in the company back in 2018. If that was not enough, Ms. Wright’s legal petition revealed that the “Tulip Trust” which allegedly contained more than $12 billion in BTC at the time of writing, does not actually exist:

 “ln December 2012, Lynn transferred I00% of her transferrable interests in W&K Info Defense to Craig Wright R&D. Upon information and belief sometime after Dave’s passing, Craig Wright R&D changed its name to Tulip Trust.”

Ms. Wright now contradicts the claims that her ex-husband made about the Tulip Trust suggesting that it was simply a new name for the company. The Kleiman state was quick to take the indication of the attempts to defraud stating in their court filing:

 “Craig Wright R&D changed its name to the “Tulip Trust” (yes, the infamous “Tulip Trust” is now apparently just a name change of a company affiliated with Dr. Wright, it is not a “blind trust” as previously alleged).”

The Counsel for the plaintiffs filed their own motion in order to dismiss the concerns regarding a fair trial that Wright claimed based on the state court actions of his ex-wife. However, Ms. Wright’s petition stated that she received one-third ownership of the W&K company on July 10. Among the claims made in the petition, Ms. Wright claimed that anything which mentions W&K in the trial should be immediately thrown out. She also claimed that she is now the owner of the company and as such, she has no obligations to meet the demands required by Kleiman’s estate.
