Netflix announced today that it got the green light to produce the series about the couple who tried to launder the funds from the Bitfienx hack in 2016 as one of the biggest exchange hacks in BTC history. This is the company’s latest foray into crypto-related crimes and last year we saw the streaming giant announcing the release of the new film set for 2022 “Trust No One: The Hunt For The Crypto King” about the QuadrigaCX exchange whose founder Gerald Cotten died while controlling the keys to the users’ wallets and left millions in BTC and other crypto coins lost.
