The Matic Network added new dApp partner validators Torus and Sapien and Binance even added the MATIC/BUSD trading pair as we reported earlier about the new staking dashboard. In today’s Matic Network news, we take a closer look at the new decision.
The mainnet of Matic Network is going live at the end of May and as the date gets closer, the network is continuing to onboard more validators. One of the main goals of being a validator is to help secure the network by running a validator node. According to the sources, the Matic network added two new decentralized applications partner validators – Torus and Sapien.
Torus aims at running a validator node to secure the network and it is also a non-custodial, secure key management solution with backing from Coinbase and Binance. Torus provides a simple gateway to the decentralized ecosystem and aims to make user-friendly dapps. It also allows the users to log in to the Dapps via social platforms such as Google or Facebook.

Both Matic and Torus share the same goal of eliminating barriers of entry to the blockchain space for mainstream adoption. They now partnered to ensure a secure and robust Matic mainnet to power the growing ecosystem of dapps. Sapien is the latest partner to be added into the Matic network of validators and they are also building on to the network. they are innovative privacy-focused Web3 social network and the platform gives out rewards to content creators and puts the users back in control of their data.

According to the latest tweet, Matic announced that the biggest crypto exchange Binance would be adding a new BUSD trading pair for the network’s native token, MATIC. The token has also other trading pairs such as MATIC/USDT and MATIC/BTC. With the new trading pair, Binance users will have more ways of accessing Matic tokens. The new staking dashboard was announced earlier this week and the new staking guide for the token holders. Now, the token holders will be able to easily utilize the staking dashboard to delegate the tokens, as we reported previously in the cryptocurrency news on DC Forecasts.
