“Let’s get a head start on the weekend… SHIB is here! Now you can use Shibatoken for fast and fraud-proof payments anywhere Flexa is accepted – including more than 40,000 stores across the US.”

This means that SHIB owners will be able to pay at merchants like Lowe’s Gamestop and Petco using their tokens. The announcement came a few days after Kraken added support for the coin. At the time of writing, SHIB is trading at $0.00003449 up 0.6% on the day but down over 60% of the ATH from two months ago.
As recently reported, Shiba Inu was expanding its footprint in various industries and gaming and it announced that it plans to release a multi-platform game where the holders can play each other. In order for this to happen, the project went into search of an AAA game studio that will help bring the vision to reality. The search was hard and filled with disappointments but the meme coin found a perfect partner in PlaySide studios so now Shib prepares to launch a game.
Shiba Inu revealed that it planned to build a 7-figure game and Shiba Inu Games was created to perform the task. In an announcement made on Twitter, the team confirmed that it partnered with Australian game studio PlaySdie, saying that it entered into an eight-month milestone agreement with the developers to create the game. PlaySide Studios is the biggest Australian publicly listed game developer and worked with some other major companies in the entertainment industry like Warner Bros, Pixar, and Disney.
Shiba Inu’s adoption grows as Bitstamp is listed on the platform. The hype behind meme-dog coins declines but has not stopped some prominent trading venues from providing support for SHIB. It has managed to get a new listing from Luxembourg-based Bitstamp but besides SHIB the exchange added Perpetual Protocol, Gala, and dYdX. According to the official announcement, Bitstamp will enable users to trade SHIB against the EURO and Dollar.
