Actor Seth Green who is also a popular writer, director, and producer took it to Twitter to inform us that he had become a victim of the phishing attack and had four NFTs stolen that were flagged by OpenSea. With the growth over the past year, the NFT industry managed to attract celebrities with the likes of Madonna, Serena Williams, Snoop Dogg, Neymar, and Eminem as well as most others purchasing such digital collections.

The 48-year-old Hollywood star was known for taking parts n movies like Robot Chicken, Italian Job, and Party Monsters but the actor announced that four of his NFTs were stolen in a phishing attack. These attacks transpire when the bad actors send some fraudulent messages to trick the victims into revealing sensitive information to breach a phone or a computer. After gaining access, the attacker was able to steal data or deploy malicious software like ransomware. According to Green, the stolen NFTs were some of the most popular NFT collections like Mutant Ape Yacht Club, Bored Ape Yacht Club, and Doodles.

The original tweets showed prices they were trading for the time and urged the community to refrain from purchasing and tradign them while trying to resolve the issue. The stolen digital collectibles are flagged on OpenSea and were reproted for suspicious activity.
