The tech giant Microsoft launches a new game in partnership with Enjin that celebrates the women in science which will also reward players with Minecraft-compatible NFTs. The game dubbed “Azure Space Mystery” is an interactive online game that is designed to celebrate the International Day of Women and Girls in Science so all players will work to save the International Space Station and when they are done, they claim a limited edition NFT.
The players will also learn new things while playing. They will learn about important European female scientists like Caroline Herschel, Raymonde de Laroche, Mary Somerville, and more.

The NFTs are compatible and transferable with the popular game Minecraft that has about 131 million players per month. Bryana Kortendick who is the VP of Enjin’s operations and communications stated:
“Education is key to empowering the next generation of innovators. Enjin is proud to work alongside Microsoft to generate innovative opportunities for merging virtual worlds, bringing digital communities closer together and celebrating powerful women in science and tech.”
By logging onto the Minecraft MyMetaverse serve and connecting with the Enjin Wallet that contains NFTs, the players will have access to a sequel Azure Space Mystery quest in Minecraft which can be completed to receive more collectible NFTs. While there’s an infinite supply of tokens available to be claimed by the players, the NFTs will never be issued again after the promotion time ends.
