He worked as an intern in IBM and later worked as an enterprise risk management consultant at Deloitte. Later, he joined Airbnb as a software engineer and in 2012 he founded Coinbase. Coinbase today has more than 20 million users with a $150 billion worth of cryptocurrency trades. Brian is the reason for so many people getting into crypto.

2. Pavel Durov

Pavel Durov is famous for creating a social networking site in Russia called Vkontakte. He created this site with his brother Nikolai in 2005 when Pavel was only 22. The site that the brothers created is now among the most used social networking sites with more than 400 million users. His net worth is near $1.7 billion. He left Vkontakte because of the pressures from the Russian government to give out user data. Right after this incident, Pavel left Russia and developed Telegram-a messaging app with more than 200 million users since March. He is a fighter against pervasive government policies and is trying to provide a platform where people can communicate privately and freely.

3. Baiju Bhatt and Vlad Tenev

Both of these guys have a net worth of $1 billion each. Together they launched Robinhood-a no-fee trading app. They both graduated from Stanford with a bachelor’s degree and physics and in mathematics. They gained a lot of support from investors for the further development of Robinhood.
